  Crafted from pakka wood with rivet detailing and a stainless-steel alloy with a high carbon content (X30CR13), the blades measure 4.5” in length and provide exceptional sharpness and strength.

  To preserve the beauty of the handle and maintain the blade’s long-term performance, Bugatti recommends hand washing with liquid or cream detergents and avoiding alkaline, alcohol-based, perfumed, or powdered detergents, as well as wire brushes.

  Bugatti does not recommend dishwasher use for the following reasons:

  a) Dishwashing detergents contain aggressive chemicals that can affect the steel of the blades.

  b) High temperatures above 130°F can prematurely wear down plastic materials.

  c) At the end of the cycle, prolonged humidity may cause corrosion spots on the blades.
