Shipping & Delivery
Order Processing
We ship to U.S. addresses only. In-stock items typically ship within 3–5 business days after order confirmation. Made-to-order or hand-crafted items may require 3–6 weeks before shipment. We will provide an estimated ship window at checkout or by email.
Product Origin
Casa Bugatti products are designed in Italy and most also manufactured in Italy. Some items are stocked in our U.S. warehouse, while others may be imported for your order. If extended lead times apply, we will notify you.
Carriers & Shipping Rates
Orders are shipped via UPS, USPS, or FedEx, depending on destination and package size. Shipping rates and any free shipping thresholds (if applicable) are displayed at checkout.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery estimates are approximate. If no specific timeframe is stated, we will ship your order within 30 days. If a delay is expected, we will contact you and offer the option to accept the updated ship date or cancel for a full refund prior to shipment.
Pricing and Tariffs
Prices shown include current long-term U.S. import tariffs for goods manufactured in Italy. However, short-notice changes in tariffs, duties, or transportation surcharges may require price adjustments. If a price adjustment is required after your order is placed, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed or cancel for a full refund.
Tracking
A tracking number will be provided once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update.
Address Changes & Undeliverable Packages
Please contact us immediately at CONTACT-FORM to update a shipping address before your order is dispatched. Orders returned due to incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect may incur re-delivery fees. Refunds for returned orders (if eligible) will exclude original shipping costs.
Delivery Inspection & Damage
Please inspect your order upon delivery. Report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 48 hours, including photos, to CONTACT-FORM. We will provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Made-to-Order / Material Availability
For made-to-order items, acceptance is subject to material and production availability. If we are unable to complete your order, we will notify you and offer an alternative or a full refund.
Holidays & Weather
Carrier delays during holiday seasons or severe weather may affect delivery times. We will communicate updates when possible.
