The blade is forged and machined with varying cross-section thickness and a uniform 35° bevel, ensuring high-quality cutting and sharpening performance. The ergonomic handle is made of stainless steel.

The blade length of the knife is 120 mm (4.72") with a thickness of 2 mm and it is made in a stainless steel alloy with an high carbon content (X30CR13). The heating treatment gives to the blade a hardness that guarantees an optimum cut and a long life of the blade edge.
